Four decades of hands-on renovation experience were folded directly into how we work — our process, our standards, our eye for what a space actually needs before a single wall comes down. Every Build It Now project runs through four specialist teams: architecture and BIM engineering, licensed MEP installations (electrical, gas, smart home), luxury carpentry and metalwork, and civil works. Led by our technical and operations directors, coordinated as one site, not handed off between subcontractors who have never met.

Our team spans Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, Brazil, and Venezuela, the same international mix as the clients we build for across the UK, France, and Germany.

A Process Built on Checkpoints, Not Guesswork

Every Build It Now project runs through 7 mandatory quality control checkpoints. No milestone advances without technical sign-off. From initial site validation against BIM/CAD plans, through hidden MEP infrastructure testing (zero-leak hydrostatic pressure tests, electrical load balancing), waterproofing verification with 24 to 48 hour flood tests, laser-level surface checks, fine carpentry and technical integration, a pre-delivery snagging audit of over 80 inspection points, to the final handover with a full technical warranty dossier (5 to 10 years) and as-built plans.

This is the same discipline that lets us coordinate architects, licensed electricians, master carpenters, and civil works crews as one site, not a chain of subcontractors working from different assumptions.
